Len Pannett is a Managing Partner with the implementation consultancy Visagio, where he helps companies to solve their operational challenges, particularly those regarding supply chain, technology-led change and complex programme management.

His clients include global and national firms that want to put their operational strategies into practice. A renowned international keynote speaker, panellist, and visiting lecturer at leading business schools globally, Len is the author of the book, “Supercharg3D: How 3D Printing Will Drive Your Supply Chain”, a recommended text on the subject at several universities worldwide.

His articles and interviews on 3D printing’s impact on supply chains have been published in several professional journals and magazines in the USA, UK and Europe. President of CSCMP’s UK Roundtable, Len is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the UK’s Institution of Engineering and Technology. He holds an MBA and B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Durham, and a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton.

Satish is an Executive Director & Partner with IBM Global Business Services, heading Global Solutioning for Enterprise Applications Business. He is currently based in Dublin.

He has spent over 21 years advising various clients across Automotive, Manufacturing, Distribution and Infrastructure Industries on various business challenges. Over last 15 years, Satish has been advising clients on Digital Transformation of Distribution Networks in Manufacturing & Distribution sectors and helping these clients in their aspirations to bring a fundamental shift in consumer engagement.

Academically, Satish graduated from IIT Madras, with specialization in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta, with specialization in Operations & Information Technology.
